I attempted to describe some of this anxiety in a previous post, which you can read by clicking here. I think the information I retained from the lectures is existing in my mind as ideas, rather than blueprints for future projects. Long story short, the lecture information ‘stirs the pot’ but isn’t a recipe in itself, right? The information activated some kind of thought process without necessarily giving me ‘the answers’ to making new work. The anxiety–or thoughts of the unknown that lead to some kind of fearfulness, sadness, and excitement causing shakes in my body, increased heartbeat, sleepless nights–is taking over when I focus on the information from the lectures. Does that make sense?

Interesting stuff- I think you and I have in common certain chameleon qualities. I’d like to hear more about that and I’d like to hear more about anxiety from the information of lectures- I’m not sure what kind of anxiety you mean.
